We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Accounts and HR Executive to join our team. This opportunity will provide you with hands-on experience in accounting and human resources functions, supporting the day-to-day operations of the finance and HR departments.
Key Responsibilities:
Accounts:
Assist in maintaining financial records, including data entry and filing.
Support the preparation of invoices, purchase orders, and expense reports.
Assist with bank reconciliations and account management.
HR:
Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
Help maintain employee records, including attendance and leave management.
Qualifications:
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
Basic understanding of accounting principles and HR practices.
