We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer who is passionate about user-centered design. You will work closely with product managers, developers, and SQA engineers to conceptualize and design intuitive, user-friendly digital products. Your primary goal will be to improve the usability, accessibility, and overall user experience of our web and mobile applications.
Responsibilities:
- Create wireframes, user flows, process flows, and prototypes to communicate design ideas effectively.
- Design and refine UI components, interactions, and layouts for web and mobile platforms.
- Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to gain insights and improve design decisions.
- Translate research findings into sitemaps, user journeys, wireframes, and mockups.
- Ensure consistent branding and adherence to UI/UX best practices across all digital platforms.
- Work closely with developers to ensure seamless integration of designs into functional applications.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve design standards.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field is preferred.
Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing web and mobile designs.
Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
Strong understanding of UX research methodologies, including user personas, wireframes, and user flows.Knowledge of responsive design principles and front-end development basics (HTML/CSS/JavaScript is a plus).
Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Familiarity with design systems and frameworks.
